We begin our journey together navigating birth preferences and moving our way through the labyrinth of pregnancy. As a Spinning Babies trained doula, it is my honor to incorporate bodywork into our prenatal visits which includes gentle touch along with techniques for partners to learn for early labor coping skills. As labor begins, our goal as a whole picture is to feel supported and empowered every step of the way. We nourish each part of care and end with a postpartum visit to check in on feeding, baby, and any extra resources to support parents. Breastfeeding support included.
